How To Eat Such That You Dont Gain Weight??

If you are frustrated by the fat you see in the mirror every day, the information in this article about eating, will likely be a relevation to you. It will enable you to achieve weight loss that will be permanent. There are some fundamental facts that you need to know, understand and apply to achieve permanent weight loss.

When you eat, your body converts the food into glucose, which is also known as blood sugar. At the same time it turns the food into blood sugar, it secretes insulin into your system. The amount of insulin depends upon how much blood sugar is present.

Large amounts of insulin in your blood, means that you gain weight. Your body will store fat because of excessive insulin. It also will prevent the burning of fat that it stored previously.

A high level of insulin in your body causes some of the blood sugar to be stored as fat on your body. Your body cells absorb the amount of blood sugar they need to provide your body with the energy it needs to do the things you ask of it. Any remaining blood sugar is stored as fat.

Also, fat burning is prevented when a high level of insulin is present. When you physically exert yourself, your body initially uses blood sugar for the energy it requires. When that is consumed, your body then uses the fat it stored in the past, for energy. It cant use the fat when excessive insulin is present.

If you want to achieve weight loss that is permanent, you must learn how to regulate your blood sugar level.

When Do You Have A High Blood Sugar Level?

There are 4 factors that determine the amount of blood sugar in your body. They are eating large food quantities per meal, double carbohydrate intake in one meal, eating an increased amount of simple sugars, and missed meals or prolonged periods between meals.

Your blood sugar level will be high, whenever any one of the these 4 factors occurs. When any of these factors happen, your body will produce a large amount of insulin. The regulation of your blood sugar level, plays a key role in your management of your weight.

But if you want to achieve weight loss that is lasting, learning how to eat is just the beginning. There is much more to it. Start with this, but make sure you learn about the most important thing to do, to achieve permanent weight loss.
